Top Entry Robot

Eurotools and Automation’s Top Entry Robots are the best for product handling (Pick and Place) for plastic injection moulding machines. It assists in the extraction and stacking of items, in-mould labeling, and inserting applications, among other functions. It also adapts to any format (tools) and also allows you to easily switch from one format to another.

The Robot control system and servo motors of our Top Entry Robots are from Beckhoff and Schneider (Germany). Its three-dimensional handling is a highly precise manipulation for injection moulded items that are commonly used in electronics, home appliances, automobiles, packaging and more.

Top Entry Robot is a quick and easy solution for applications with a minimum cycle time, used mainly for small and medium-sized products. In fact, its set-up time for production is very short in order to optimize and ensure the quantities and quality of production. They also insure process consistency and efficiency as well as minimizing waste rates.

Referring to the dynamic servo motors, high-precision linear movement components, and engineering of Beckhoff and Schneider, TER – ET 70 robots are able to keep their pace and positions for each cycle at pick and place, insert placement, and IML.

Side Entry Robot

At Eurotools and Automation, our high quality Side Entry Robot combines ultra-fast cycles with reliability and minimum maintenance. Our Side Entry Robots are perfect for IML technology, as well as take out or inserting applications.
